Need help on mass stack cycle

I'm 28, 5'10 195 I've recently purchased my first mass stack cycle which contains sust,a-50,deca,anibol ! What is the proper dosage for these orally and do I need too take them all at once ? The sust, a-50 is in liquid form the rest are pills... Thx for any help in advance.

he said the sust is in liquid form. So injectable's are liquid. But you cant take them orally.
