Hi guys. I am 19, 6'0, 170lbs, somewhere between 14-10% bf. My 5RMs are as follows:
Squat 275, Bench 195, Deadlift 295, OHP 145.
I've been lifting for 3 years. I feel like I should look better and be stronger than I am by now. I understand the concepts of bulking and cutting and my diet is very strict. I've been researching AAS's for a while now and have come up with the following cycle:
Weeks 1-8:
S 10 mg Aromasin,
M 10mg Aromasin, 500iu HCG
T 10 mg Aromasin, 300mg Test-e
W 10 mg Aromasin,
T 10 mg Aromasin,
F 10 mg Aromasin, 500iu HCG
S 10 mg Aromasin, 200mg Test-e
The last 2 or 3 weeks I will administer 100mg ish more per Test-e dose to make use of the last of my vial.
PCT:
1000iu HCG every other day for 3 weeks
100mg Clomid daily for 3 weeks, 50mg daily last week
20mg Aromasin daily for 3 weeks, 10mg daily last week
10g Creatine daily
3g Vitamin C daily
Multivitamin
I am hoping to gain a lot more strength and more lean mass through this cycle. I do not want to be bloated/fat looking from this or monstrously huge(which I don't think would happen anyway). I have read about fat burning chemicals such as Clen but I am not knowledgeable enough to implement it into my first cycle. I have done ECA stacks before, while they work they give very moderate results at best.
