I read the terms, I see that we are to not discuss ugl's but does this rule apply to main stream labs? . I have questions on some of my products I have concerning the quality of the lab but I don't want to ask if its not allowed .. thank you.

You can only mention actual pharmaceutical companies (Bayer, Schering, Sandoz, etc). If it is being made illegally, it is a UGL.
