    First time testosterone cypionate user


    I need help!! I have my first cycle ever of test c. im planning on running 1 cc every week but im waiting until i get my pct(im considering clomid). i need any advice if any on taking this cycle with cytogainer protein shake and ways to maximize my results with the test c without stacking another steroid. thanx guys

    im 28 years old idk about the bodyfat but its superlow. i have some experience training ive recently gone back to the gym after a couple months off. ive tried forever to gain weight. this is why i was consideriing the cytogainer wit it. i have a diet worked out but i was wondering if i should start the cycle with it. once again any advice is appreciated.

    What's your diet look like? Once u give us that info we will b able to tell u wheather u need steroids?

    you dont have a good base on you to start steroids yet ,how doyou expect toholdonto the gains you make if you cant gain weight natty? ,you add 15lbs on cycle you drop half that after warter has comeoff ,you l,ose the rest becasue you dontknow how to diet right and holdonto the gains = a total waste of cycle and ashut down hptaall for nothing ..

    ok dr.peppper.... i really dont have a specific structured diet. a friend of mine who is huge told me to simply eat good proteins, a lot of carbs, and to reduce oil and sugar intake. he said to eat any and everytime i feel the least bit hungry. this equals out to around six times a day. but i also have people telling me that if you eat meals spread out like that you will lose. im a little confuused on it to be honest so can someone please help me out with that too.

    very wise iphone. i guess i need to start with a good diet plan huh. does anyone know of a good one. including time and all that stuff
    im sure i can follow a diet plan if its layed out and timed for me
