Just came across this site, thought it would be good to get some feedback.
Currently 6'6'', 27, 275 lbs, 17 percent bf.
Want to drop the bf down to 10 percent.
Currently doing a 6-day split plus 2 days cardio 45 min at varying interval intensity.
Eating 420-500 g protein a day.
Current cycle is 500mg sust/ 550 EQ (1x a week) + 2 turbinol capsules (daily)
First cycle was sust/tren/DNP/turbinol.
(Wish I had read the thread on DNP first here! Wow, won't do that again, AND it didn't work.)
Anyway, massive gains in my back, arms traps, and middle chest, quads are coming up from the first cycle
It's really all the stuff around the center that makes me look like a viking instead of all ripped up like I want to look like.
