Second Cycle -need assistance
Hi,
Just came across this site, thought it would be good to get some feedback.
Currently 6'6'', 27, 275 lbs, 17 percent bf.
Want to drop the bf down to 10 percent.
Currently doing a 6-day split plus 2 days cardio 45 min at varying interval intensity.
Eating 420-500 g protein a day.
Current cycle is 500mg sust/ 550 EQ (1x a week) + 2 turbinol capsules (daily)
First cycle was sust/tren /DNP /turbinol.
(Wish I had read the thread on DNP first here! Wow, won't do that again, AND it didn't work.)
Anyway, massive gains in my back, arms traps, and middle chest, quads are coming up from the first cycle
It's really all the stuff around the center that makes me look like a viking instead of all ripped up like I want to look like.

Question was, with the current cycle I'm on, how do I get down to the 10 percent ripped look?

Like the others said, let the diet do the work, not the drugs.
And you'll most likely have to up the cardio from only 2 sessions a week if you want to hit 10%.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. This is what my daily diet looks like approximately.
weight: 275 lbs
aim for daily protein: 520 g
aim for daily carbs: 200
Meal 1: 60 protein/50 carbs (usually eggs or chicken and oatmeal)
meal 2: 60 g Probolic 12-hour shake
Meal 3: 70 g meats (poultry/tuna/fish, etc), 60 carbs (sweet-potato/lentils/beans)
Meal 4: 60 g protein shake (pre-workout+ 30 g carbs (cranberries/grapes/blueberries/honey)
Meal 5: 60 g protein shake (post-workout) +30 g carbs (fruits usually, as above)
Meal 6: 70 g protein meats/poultry/fish
Meal 7: 60 g protein shake, some carrots/broccoli
Meal 8: 60 g protein shake
(any missing I add at the end before bed, often wake up hungry)
Tried eating solid foods for more of the meals, but it leaves me bloated and sluggish, even though I still get hungry.
