After PCT, when all the dust settled, what would you all estimate the distribution of your gains to be? Just curious to see everyone's experiences.
IE: On 10 weeks of test E, 14lbs kept post-PCT, probably 9 muscle, 5 fat.

I don't think there is any way to actually measure this without expensive body fat testing. Most will be guesses, probably not even close either.
I have thinking about this issue myself recently, and I think if you logged all the extra calories you had taken in over your cycle plus PCT and subtacted the the extra bf% gained this would give you your lean muscle gain. water weight would diminish upon cessation of test etc.
Lets use easy numbers for simple math. For example, i over eat maintenance calories by 1000 cals per day for 10 weeks. 1000 x 7 x 10 = 70'000 cals roughly equates to 20lbs. with me so far?
of that 20 lbs gained, I gained 2% bf and weighed 200lbs after pct which gives us 4lbs of fat and 16 lbs of lean gains.
I know the numbers are not accurate but it makes my point, the only real gains you will see are from the extra calories put in, how much of the extra cals are converted to lean muscle are down lots of different factors.
first cycle was testosterone (10 weeks of 600mg/week) and winstrol (oral 50mg ed for the last 6 weeks).. i went from 192 to 210 and probably lost 2-3% bodyfat. was about 6'0" 192lb 12% when i started
