    Severe test tiredness

    Hey guys

    I'm currently at week 6 of my test only cycle. Running 875mg a week of andropen only but I'm constantly tired.

    I had been constipated but I upped my fibre content in my diet and that seems to be sorted now so I'm wondering if anybody else has had this problem and how they dealt with it. I even got some eca stack and even taking one of those in the morning and one in the afternoon isnt helping.

    My diet is clean and I even upped my carb intake to see if that would help my energy levels but nope.

    It's gotten that bad over the past week that I phoned work yesterday to ask for the day off and ended up sleeping on n off most of the day.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated

    How much weight have you put on?
    Might be worth getting your RBC checked

    Would a high rbc cause tiredness?
    Although I've gotten bigger and stronger due to my clean diet and amount of cardio and walking I've only put on a pound or two.

    Sounds like a pointless cycle at this stage to be honest,
    Yes a very high RBC can cause tiredness but if you have only put on a 1lb I doubt it will be that.
    Maybe get blood work done and see what is happening inside the body, something is wrong anyway because at 875mgs of test per week and you have only had 1lb increase and you cant go into work because your to tired should start the alarm bells ringing for me.

    Would you just go and see your gp for your blood work as i see your based in England?

    Any previous cycle I have ran, I was putting on well over a stone. This time as I want a more vascular effect I have been monitoring my weight closely and have well n truly upped my cardio to 6 times a week. Half an hour on weight training days and an hour on non training days and when I say clean diet I mean completely clean so would I still be expected to gain weight? Thanks for your replies Marcus

    Are you loosing that much fat were you total weight hasnt really changed. What was your bf% before and now

    Body fat % before would have been roughly 16 to 17 and now when I done the calipers on Saturday I was at 11%

    ive put on 25lbs in 5 weeks exacly. im getting tiredness but think it may be due to taking melatonin 6mg's a night to help sleep whilse on tren. not sure though!!!

    At first you stated that you've gotten bigger and stronger due to your clean diet and amount of cardio and only put on a pound or two. Now you have lost 6% bf, so the cycle isnt worthless anymore but I would say your using way to much test for a cutting cycle and I would put your tiredness down to over training and not fully recovering your CNS. You should feel great and full of energy especially of you have lost 6% bf so I would re-design your training programme asap because IMHO your over training

    Sounds like the likely cause and I'm just burnt out by the sounds of it. Any ideas on were I could cut back on my training?

    get your estrogen levels checked
