currently 65kg. looking to get cut. 5'9? give or take one inch
personal best so far (good proper form), i dont swing, and i like to go slow and all the way down
37.5kg each dumbell press
40kg is hard the first up, but can easily do 4 reps after a spot to get it up
110kg deadlift
30kg each hand dumbell shoulder press
80kg barbell close grip tri press
10kg each side on the ez bar curl preacher curl (no half rep.. all the way down and up)
so thats just some figures to get myself introduced
i want to run a cycle as i believe ive hit a plateu. my gains are now very slow and i have been training for a solid 2 years? i was on and off for a total of 5, but only got serious last 2 years.
im an ectomorph, so i dont really have a lot of fat, except the build up around my stomach, i estimate from the website calculator measuring parts of my body to be 12% body fat.
now to the serious business
im looking to either run 250mg of test E, alone. with nolva as PCT, as ive read here that nolva was concluded more efficient to run as a PCT for just a small dose of test E.
i initially was going to run 500mg of test E and stack with boldenon, but i dont want to gain excessive size. i really only want to break plateau, roughly gain 5kg of lean muscle and size.
now ive read up that test prop and tren will work better as a cutting cycle along with winstrol? but im hesitant cause ive done the bulk of my research on jsut running test E.
ive concluded that running 250mg of test e wont give me significant gains, but i still want to just run it to break out of my plateau and be able to reach new heights.
so with my goals in mind, what would you guys recommend me running?
and i won't be changing my mind of doseage... if its test e, it will be 1ml:250mg a week with nolva for PCT and at hand to combat gyno, which i doubt.
it will be my first cycle as well..
i havent done excessive research on tren and prop, but i feel that it will be similar gains as to running test e + boldenon, if not, the latter would be better? more so permanent size gains..
but the main thing is to cut, and not gain excessive water retention, i am striving for that shredded look
