    Need help from the vets plz! Few ?'s on my test cycle

    OK illtry to make this short as possible but seeking some advance from the vets i the game.

    stats-
    180lbs 20% bf
    3 year hardcore in gym and 3 years of bulletproof dietng
    5"10

    i have been researching steroids for the past few years and trying to learn alot before even considering a cylce but now i feel ready....it the past 3 years i have gained 20lbs natural but im stuck now

    my cycle-
    test 250e 500mg per week (10 weeks) 2 pins per week mon-thur
    pct-nolva starting 2 weeks after last pin -40 ed 1 week,40ed 2nd week,and next 2 weeks 20mg ed

    plz any feedback on this cycle would be great

    my ?'s are as follows!!!
    -any advice on the cycle?? (from what im learning simple is better for a 1st timer)

    -if i start to feel gyno what mg of nolva should i take? and do i run it for the duration of the cycle or just till the symtoms of gyno are gone??(gyno and any other side effects worry me big time)

    -i see it common that if you diet and training is in place guys get 18-25lbs while on cylce....my goal and expectaions are moderate , can i expect to keep atleast 10-15 pounds if i work just as hard and eat just as hard when im off??

    -how long willit take to regain my nuts? i wanted to stay away from clomid cause i have seen guys have issues (vison tracers etc....)

    -what other sides should i expect?

    dude at 20% bf your diet is not "bulletproof".
    How tall are you cause depending at 180lbs and 20% body fat you need to really work on your training and diet first

    ^^X2 Also HCG is a need on-cycle Clomd can be used, if there are issues, lower the dose. But Nolva is good enough imo) if HCG is used on cycle

    20% is too high bf to be cycling. If you're worried about sides you should get your bf down to low teens before you start cycling. You're young so you can achieve the fat loss via diet and cardio.

    Even though your think your diet is bulletproof it clearly isnt because your bf is 20%. Starting steroids with an high bf can lead to increased sides. Fat cell receptors have more of an affinity to aromatising so if you have more fat cells ie more bf than you have more of a chance to increased estrogen related sides. Usually poor diet is related to higher bf % so this needs addressing first before steroids are used, especially if it increases side effects. Head over to the diet section and post your diet and see if we can help you out.

    Thanx for your first part of feed back...I'm currently carb loading heavy to try to build,I was thinkin my current bf percent is rather high but didn't kno that increses sides?!....I'm on a for day split mon,tues,thur,fri so being off 3 days I have keep a higher percent of fat but I can asure you my diet is very clean but I've just been haevy on the carb cause I just finished a show a few weeks ago.....what bf percent should I be at for this cycle? I can get down to 12-14 in a few weeks..I choose to be at this percent after a show...but ready to here where I need to be...thank you guys again

    i now understand the importance of lowring my bf% before starting my cycle thank you! so any insight on my other ?'s reguarding this? also i keep getting feed back about incorparating hcg in my cycle.....when and what mg of this should be taken?

    I've been seeing a lot of advertisements around Vegas lately for an HCG diet. It promises to lose 20lbs in 30 days. What about using that as a lead-in in the OP's case to a cycle? I guess I'm really asking the vets what their opinion is on that. It was just an idea that came in to mind while reading this thread.

    That diet sucks.Just go to the diet section.Post your diet with macros.Tell them wat you are trying to do.They will help you.Good luck.
