E2 question

A friend of mine Is running test e 500mg weekly. It's his second cycle first one was also test e only. He said he had no gyno problems first cycle. 2 weeks into current cycle he started complaining about nipple soreness. I got him some Ldex he started running .5 EOD, no results, upped it to .5 Ed no results, actually got worse. He started nova 40mg week 1, 20mg week 2. Also continued Ldex at .5 Ed. He now says nipples are still a little sensitive but his sex drive is gone. I'm not sure what to tell him to do next. Is his E2 low now, I thought sore nipples only happened with high E2. Friend is 31years old 16% BF. Can someone please give me some advice for him I'm lost. Thanks

go with nolva or ldex. is gyno is the only issue i would just go with nolva

Why did he lose his sex drive right after the nolva, will high E2 cause this. Man I feel bad for dude like I sent him in the wrong direction. Should he up the Ldex to more than .5ED or go with just nolva 40ED, could he have over done it and now have low E2?

i believe he needs to stop guessing and do BW! then you will know his AI dosage is sufficient or not. can you ensure his adex is legit and not being underdosed?

I would go with its too much estrogen stoppers...

if gyno is the only issue go with nolva. if there is acne and other sides (estrogen related) then go with the AI.
