I am all set to start my first Test E/Winny cycle. 10 weeks on Test E and then Winny from week 7 to week 12 (two weeks after Test E ends).
My original plan was to do 500mg/week of Test E split into two doses shot Monday and Thursday. Winny will be the standard 50mg ED beginning week 7.
Here are my questions:
My supplier in my gym thinks I only need to do 250mg of the Test E. He says that due to me having a good build already (5'10", 195, 10% BF), doing 500mg will make me "too big" and that I risk looking like a "typical South Florida d-bag meathead." While I don't want to blow up like Ronnie Coleman, I think I could use about 15lbs more mass. Would you guys recommend 250mg or 500mg weekly?
Also, I have access to both Nolva and Arimidex. My plan was to do the Arimidex right off the bat at .25mg ED (or EOD if I only do the 250mg Test E). Should I also run the Nolva at 10mg ED or just keep it on hand?
