Im 12 weeks into my 16 weeks cycle and i need to know when to start running HCG.
1. Should i run it @500 i.u EOD (2000 i.u EW) starting from now until my last aas pin...which would be a total of 4 weeks. Then 2 weeks later start PCT?
2. Should i run it for 10 days between the last aas pin and the PCT @1000 i.u ED?
Or are the dosages and timings off? What do you guys recommend?
P.s i read swifo's thread but it left me confused at the end

Combo of both would be good. but not EOD, do it 2x a week so e3d
and stop before PCT

No that's 8000iu
500iu 2x a week for 4 weeks then 1000iu 2x a week in ur 2 week break.
And that is a lil much you would prolly be fine with 500iu 2x a week untill pct. Which is 6 weeks at 500iu at 2x a week which is 6000iu

Lol sorry. For some reason i read that 1000 i.u "ED" instead of "E3D" and 500 i.u "EOD" instead of "E3D" ...
Anyhow...
most of the info out there says you should stop HCG about 2 weeks before PCT. So thats not true?

no, why would you stop 2 weeks prior to pct? that doesnt make sense
