.Wk. 1-4 test enanthate- 500 mlg. A week
.Wk.- 5-7 test enanthate- 750 mlg a week
.Wk. 8-12 test enanthate- 500 mlg a week
wk. 1-4 d-bol- 40-50 mlg a day.

Should I use arimedex during my cycle or just use nolvadex if symptoms stsrt to occur?

Depends are you gyno prone? Are you worried about bloating?
