    Questions from a beginner

Hey all, so after being dormant from any sort of heavy exercise for the past 3 years, I've decided to start getting back into shape. I started back at a 24 hour fitness about a month ago and my cardio has def improved but it doesn't seem like I'm building much muscle. I go at 4:30 am to about 6:15 am, with about 35-45 minutes of it being cardio and the rest would be weight lifting.

I had just ordered a bottle each of keto, t3, and clen because after reading on the site, it seems like a good way to help cut some fat down. My stats are 23 years old, I'll be 24 in 3 months, 6'2" 192 lbs. I was at 235 lbs at the beginning of march this year, but my weightless generally was the result of not overindulging in food like I had been so used to after finishing high school basketball and football.

I've been looking around on websites and found one which seems to sell legit stuff, but who really knows and do I really want to inject myself with some random solution ordered off the Internet...no, not really. What could I do to increase muscle mass until I could get my hands on some legit stuff? Thanks!

*Forgot to add, I have been taking about 200g of whey
    Protein a day.*

I started with basic protein mixes. I eat lots of chicken fish tuna eggs etc. Ii ddont eat any carbs 4 hours before bed and try to stay away from to much sugar. You seem to be slender as it is cuz im 192 but only 5'10.. get as much advice as possible but I don't think a cutting cycle is needed quite yet .. but have you got your bf % done yet? Its not the most accurate but the gym can do it for you. They said I was 15.6% but loma Linda under water bf calculator said 14.5% so it was to far off.. I started with just test at 600 mg a week.and I've gained a total of 7 lbs and lost 3% bf. So im guessing about 11-14 lbs in aweek.

I have not done an official body fat %, but I just measured using an online calculator, and the results were: ARMY ALGORITHM = 22.79%, MARINE ALGORITHM = 20.61%, NAVY ALGORITHM = 19.46%, and YMCA METHOD = 18.35%. So all pretty far apart, not sure which is the "preferred" method.

Mate not to be a d!ck but you are extremely uneducated in many regards.

    (1) Unless all your protein is coming from whey protein powder, that 200g is going to be composed of several different types of protein

    (2) Protein consumption is only A THIRD of your diet. You need to factor in carbs and fats

    (3) I personally think you wasted your money with keto/t3/clean. DRUGS DO NOT BURN BODYFAT - diet and cardio do. The only thing steroids and the like do is help speed up the process provided the other aspects are in check (training and diet). Furthermore, you will get right back to where you started if you don't continue to diet properly.

    (4) Yes there are websites that do sell steroids, yes there are websites that will also scam you. This is not a source board and we do not discuss sources and the more eager you look the easier it will be for you to be scammed. Honestly, if you have some common sense there is absolutely little / no excuse you should be scammed if/when you do decide to buy gear.

    (5) You are not ready for any kind of steroids or supplementation at all in my opinion outside of multivitamin / creatine / protein powder. You need 3-5 years MINIMUM of dedicated weight lifting history. This is because tendons and ligaments develop and grow significantly slower than muscles. Therefore, prematurely taking anabolics seriously puts you at risk of injury. For example, last month this idiot who had been only training 1 year seriously and about 3 years on/off jumped on juice and tore both his rotator cuffs doing bench press. He was in so much pain and agony he was actually asking people to end it right there. If he didn't have a spotter, he would've died. Not too mention the thousands of dollars he now suffers due to physiotherapy and medication.

    (6) Diet is what is going to determine how much you succeed. It's that simple. If there was a quick-fix supplement, pill, or injection everyone would be as big as Arnold.

You need to start by reading all of the educational threads in both this sub-forum and the diet sub-forum.

Also. Clen is not a steroid . Your stats seem like your a thin dude. But you know what you look like. If you think you got some gut to lose clen would work fine. My wife is on it and she lift for about 20min twice a week. And sheds gotten great results. Juice doesn't just make you buff out of nowhere. I would say try the clen see if you can get yourself on a good work out routine and see what happens .. you could blow up with out any juice at all.. I worked out for a few months and I gained about 15 lbs on a fast food and soda diet. I changed my diet and continued to work out then eventually started with test. Hue is right about the muscles vs ligament growth so you have to be cautious on how rapidly you bulk up

no it wont, its overhyped in the mainstream and completely unnecessary unless trying to lose that final few % for a bb'ing show. ive done just as much without clen as i have with it minus the dangerous side effects

I've been watching what I eat, keeping fats low and carbs relativity low, but it doesnt seem to help with as much working out as I've been doing. I'm not trying to get huge but to see a noticeable difference would be nice. I had read around and the t3/clen seemed like a good choice to help out with cutting fat, yes my weight may not seem that high, but I still have all the weight around my face and abdomen area that just doesnt want to leave me. I had read that anavar was a mild steroid that would help with weightloss and help build muscle which was the steroid I was leaning toward because it had lower side effects than many others. That doesnt mean that I am 100% sure on going with the steroid route yet though.

I start with a 44g of whey protein after my morning workout at about 6:15 on the drive back home, followed by 2 whole eggs and 2 pieces of toast at around 6:30 am on the way to work. I usually will have half an Avocado twice a day, one at 9:30 am, the next at 1:45 pm. At lunch (11:00 am), I have a turkey sandwich, mustard, and lettuce. I take another protein shake of 44g of protein at 1:30. At 5:30, I take another protein shake. Dinner at around 545-6 usually consists of chicken, fish or a steak, sides of brown rice, mashed potatoes, or green beans. Sometimes a salad with balsamic. Then at about 9:00 pm, I take my last protein shAke before bed.

There is your problem, horrible diet mate no offense. You need to get to the diet section and do a complete overhaul. Way too many shakes among several other problems.
