160 before cycle/4 wks. 172 then dropped 5 lbs. I'm coming up on 7 weeks. I havent weighed since the loss. I increased calories by 1000-1500 at week 4.
Sust 250 2x wk.
Not taking A.I.
Diet:3500 kc, 300-325 p, 220-275 c, 50-100 f
Basic plain foods, No sugar, no sweetners. No salt, no substitutes. Only hidden sodium and simple sugars..Drinking skim milk alot
Training: I've also alernated rest days depending on how I feel
1 hr.stretching/yoga/2hrs. w/o
chest/back
shoulders/arms
legs/abs
rest
Repeat
I may incorporate a rest day in between large muscle groups instead. 2 days back to back for upper body exhausts my muscles better. Lazy on Cardio. I also have taken 2 days off in a row and then start all over.
I was going for a 12 wk. cycle. I am going to extend it to 14 wks.
Most the gains seemed early on. After 5 weeks when my levels are suppose to be peaked, I am tighter (besides gut). I expected more size after wk. 5 seems like I have more LBM instead.
This is my first cycle and why I didn't stack. I'll extend this for 14 wks. before I stack with something at this point. Too far along and it would take to long to get.
I Have different Sust coming for last 5 weeks, from diff. source.
Talked to an old friend other day. He been cycling for the last 15 yrs. He suggested up the sust to 750mg a week. He also said I needed to stack it. To always go test based and another compound. (All this I know). I think he failed to see it was my first cycle. Is the fact that stacking makes that much more difference? It will give me something to look forward to for future cycles.
I asked his fav. compound..He states, "trenbolone the shit.." I won't touch this until I have at least tried many different test esters first.
Got a little of track there, Looking for suggestions. I do have dbol on hand BTW, but see it as pointless. Unless u guys think different. I don't know if it would hurt any to take it. If so I'll take the A.I. with that added. I know it's for a kickstart and the Prop. in my sust is already done that.
