    How much did you gain on a 12 wk test only cycle?

    Just started my first cycle of test e at 600mg a wk for 12 wks..

    So just curious to know what others have gained on a similiar test cycles??

    just makin sure u get on a serm bro or a moderate ai,,, 12 weeks is a long time ull shutdown..anyway just test with no ai or serm i had a obviously under 170ish pound buddy did a 16 week test only cycle with ...get this-->6bromo..and he shot up over 220 pounds and stayed above 200 to this day and only does pulse 5 day cycles every month and his bloodwork is magically awesome somehow but moral of the story is yeah itll be cool if u control excess estro cuz test is best for gains but u sstill need a little estro but u cant let it run free or u wont be getting everything u can out of it

    i just finished my 12 week test e cycle at 500mg per week. i put on 25lbs with my bf% only going up by about 3%. my strength went up considerably as well. i did this on a 4000-4500 clean calories a day.

    Nice gains mate, how muc of that 25lbs did u keep after pct?

    I don't think weight is a very good indicator to measure the success of a cycle. Too many people count water weight & think its good. How about some measurements.

    Agreed, on a day to day/week to week basis your weight could fluctuate by several pounds. I count progress by arm, shoulder and upper thigh measurements.

    16 weeks can be also retarded..i was sarcastically underestimating his weight but i know he wasnt over 185 for sure(that still means 35 lbs) and i know hes over 220 cuz our weight classes only go up to 210 and he is over that i know cuz he was in my crossfit score range and at my gym we caculate weight as well as age to equalize the points....16 weeks is waaay too long and i personally wouldnt do a 12...he used 6 bromo and no orals maybe he used 1,000 mgs anadrol and kept it a secret cuz i cant think of how he did it but i saw his gear with my own eyes a few times and no pills anywhere just powder 6 bromo and its some stupid ph type sterodial ai and its weak.

    any op take ur time on weight i dont weigh over 200 but i look like i do if not better,, and im happy( i am 5"9) and stronger than most >210 AAS users and typically ull gain 15lbs on this cycle i was bieng faseasuis(spell check?) but remeber everone is different

    ur not talking about andromass? are u cuz thatz a scam , they advertise thier super-dhea is special and works like test e and i been seeing alot of test e only questions,,but no its a straight scam

    the very first cycle yielded best results from test only for me which was 12kg than lost 2 during pct so total of 10kg, not 100% clean quality gains though, with 4000cal diet

    I gained roughly 27lbs last cycle. Was 183, currently 216 now on 2nd cycle.

    I would just start with 500mg/wk. My first 12wk @ 500 i went from 185>205, then leveled out at 200. 2nd cycle 600 test & 400 deca; 205>235. 3rd cycle 750 test 600 deca, 230>265. leaned out my diet since January and am at a lean 235. Proper PCT and diet will help you retain quality gains.

    i take pictures every monday from one week before first pin to 1 week post pct. it's ****ing crazy the veins, size, and definition you will see in each week. same time every night before bed. it's better than a scale i think. but to each there own.

    If I can "net" 10lbs from a test cycle, i'm stoked.

    net = actual gain after you shed the water weight and weight stabilizes after cycle.

    haven't started my pct yet. got one more week before i start it. i am hoping i keep at least 15 pounds. just have to wait and see
