    Starting my first cycle soon and I need some help.

    First cycle, been reading for months.

    week 1 - 10 Test Prop

    300 - 350mg a week.

    PCT - Clomid and nolva, maybe running nolva on it's might be enough.

    Not running an AI this cycle, waste of money + i don't think i'm prone to gyno..i'll see what happens

    My diet is a cut off the example diet on here on the nutrition section with a few alterations.

    eating around 3500 calories, roughly 220 protein, 480 carb, and 80 fats.

    Also forgot my stats.

    age - 26
    height - 6'1
    weight - 81 kg
    bodyfat - 7 - 8%
    been working out consistently for the past year and working on my diet, finally ready to start the dark side, please don't convince me that i need to reach my body potential of 100kg and 8% bodyfat..won't work, i've already bought the gear. thanks guys.

    My workout schedule (might need to change?)

    M - chest/biceps
    T - rest
    W - Back/triceps
    T - rest
    F - shoulders/calves
    S - rest
    Sun - All of legs/calves

    i've included compound lifts ofcourse.

    but i think my workout needs to be changed so that i'm going 5 days a week and taking the weekend off.

    ALL criticism is accepted EXCEPT on my bodyweight :P you won't convince me otherwise!

    Also, for the people that got acne on their cycles, how'd you deal with it? i think i may be prone to chest acne and abit of bacne.

    Didn't you start a thread the other day basically saying the same thing? What? Didn't get the answers you were hoping for?
    Need more carbs in your diet. And how do you know you're not gyno prone? Easy to modify your workouts but might want to add some ab work in there. cardio?

    i didn't add my diet/workout plan, just wrote out a basic cycle, thanks anyways, i will add some rice in there somewhere! , and that's what im not 100% sure of, whether i should bother myself using a armidex, it's expensive and it hinders gains, and i forgot to add ab workout, and cardio is kept simple, 2 - 3 times a week, i try to keep it low since my metabolism is crazy.

    what else do you think i can change in my workout?

    first cycle yet you know your not gyno prone?
    have fun with prop as a first cycle for 10 weeks. Virgin muscles, prop and eod shots for 10 weeks.

    Maybe he already has boobs? And yeah, I was think that with the prop too. I bet he's going to be too sore to do legs.

    well it's a roulette ;p, na but that's why im asking for your help..you told me everything is bad..except my weight, that diet is just an example, i already fixed it according to my macros, increased carbs + protein, and i already know what to expect with test prop and i have my reasons for choosing it. i got no problems injecting EOD.

    It would be wise to reconsider using the prop. But you have your reasons, so be it. Now, your workouts. Why don't you post up a routine that will fill the week w/weekends off and i'll tell you what i think of it. I'm sure others will too.
