ok fellas i started my cycle today but i ran into a problem. i had popped some cartilage in my ribs from kickboxing about three weeks ago. they felt better and i started lifting again last week but light. well i took my first shot today and tonight at kickboxing i was warming up and felt a slight pop again and now they are really sore. so i figure it is going to be about two to three weeks bf i can lift again.
my question is do i stop my cycle or just cont it and do cardio and see how they feel. i thought since what i am using won't kick in till week three if i don't lift the rest of the week and start liftin really light next week it would be ok to cont.

eq week 1-12
primo week 1-7
var week 7-15
