How to treat injection site pain

So Fri night, late night, I pinned my usual .5ml prop in the ol quad.
No pain that night or the next day until I had a strenuous x rated workout with my gf during which my legs were bent a majority of the time and my legs/quads were the main muscles being used. At the time I could feel my right quad/site burning like I had just killed it at the gym. From that point on my legs been killin me and today I can barely walk.
Could the excessive use of that muscle have forced out the oil I put in 16 hrs earlier? Or maybe have caused it to move or somethin?
I've had this pain/feeling once before in my lower quad when I shot there, but it took days to develop and turned in to a huge red lump... This happened immediately during the "workout" and has now gotten worse. Still no swelling or redness though.

Can I treat it with ice packs n heat like a typical sore muscle? or could that somehow affect the prop?

Heat and massage. I was gonna open up with a smart ass comment but after reading how it happened I'll just high five you instead. Hopefully it was worth a little pain.
An anti inflammatory may help a bit.

haha good lookin out pac man.. I was expecting smart ass answers from most people, but figured I had to say what I believed caused the pain and tried to say it as respectfully to the board as possible even though the wording is a little corny..

I've put a few ice packs on it.. is that not a good idea?

    Ice would be #1 choice.
