Need some advice - first time posting..

First off, here are my stats:
    39 Years Old
    6'4"
    208#
    34"W
    18%BF

I am interested in trying to see if there is a steroid that can help me shed these last few pound and gain lean muscle. Don't want to bulk too much, but would like to add some nice definition to arms, chest, legs and back.

I have lost 113 pounds over the last 3 years, got down to 185# and held to a strict diet and cardio routine, I have since gained weight back up to 208#, being 185 was way too thin. I have this last little bit of stubborn fat around my belly and chest that WON'T leave.

Any advice on a beginners cycle? Thanks in advance, it is much appreciated.

Are you sure its fat and not just excess skin? I used to be a pretty heavyset guy myself, and losing that much weight tends to leave behind alot of excess skin that can kind of look like fat.

No it is fat. I worked with a powerhouse nutritionist and saw the weight come off while keeping super hydrated allowing the skin to contract with the weight loss. No excess skin on my body. it is def fat.

As a beginners cycle, everyone will tell you to do purely testosterone , usually Enth, at like 400mg a week. Test tends to make some people puffy, but taking proper dosages of AIs will help reduce that effect in some people. And a proper diet will help to. Do you have a diet planned out that you could post for people to critique?

Have been lifting for almost 2 years with steady increase in weight and reps. Have seen some growth but not what I want.

Just continue your current regiment and wait a few months, building muscle is a marathon/lifestyle event and going to fast can put you at risk for injuries. Great job so far! Not many people can do what you did!

A lot of people say "try to get down to 12% bf to cycle" but I think 15% is just fine, If I were you I would go a little longer all natural and cycle at around 15% bf.

OK, So I will keep on going. A lot of people have mentioned testosterone to me, not just on here; does any of those Testosterone supplements at GNC work or they all just BS?

    agreed.

congrats on the accomplishment. eat smart, train hard and keep reading up on AAS to know you are certain...it's a decision not to be taken lightly.

I can tell you from my experience, that a Test only cycle (cypionte 500 mgs week) with proper PCT produced great results.

    Good luck

That weight loss is impressive bro. Great job!

You can always try clen along with a good exercise routine and low calorie diet. Only problem is you'll probably get back to that "too skinny" stage you don't like.

How long have you been lifting?
