Ok for what? To pierce your bone? Because at that weight that's all you're gonna be hitting man.

Do yourself a favor and invest some money into a good diet and come back when you put on 40lbs or so.

I eat 4000 calories a day and around 300 grams of protein and I was benching 225 before I hurt my shoulder. I don't gain weight very easy

I love it when people throw out how much they bench as if thats a good way to judge if you are ready to jump on gear.

Then you need to eat 5000 calories. I actually doubt you are eating 4000 good calories. Steroids dont make up for a lack of food

If you hurt your shoulder its probably because you dont know how to lift correctly and if you where eating 4000 calories a day then you would most definitely be gaining weight.

    DING DING DING!!

Back in June you were 5 weeks into a cycle Lloyd. So my guess is you hurt your shoulder lifting weights incorrectly while cycling (probably incorrectly as well). So now, early August, youre asking about pins to jump into another cycle I'm guessing?!? I'm also going to make another guess that you are not even 25, the point I am trying to make Lloyd is you need to slow down and do things properly. Anything worth doing is worth doing right. So figure out a diet that works, for you, and get that part down before you worry about injecting anything else into your body. We have heard it all and you are no different: "I eat like a million calories a day" "My metabolism is so fast it does the quarter mile in less than 10 seconds!" "I just cannot gain mass but my diet is on point!" Both you and I know this is not the truth. Diet will make or break you in regards to building a worth while physique.

    I like 23-25g
And 1.5" for glutes and 1" elsewhere.

I would be very careful with shoulder injuries and be sure to allow ample heal time. Some forms of shoulder injury can be almost undetectable while unloaded yet completely flare up again once reloaded with strenuous exercises. Be cautious...
