Hello I am a new guy here so go easy.A little background, I am 27, 5'10, and weigh around 220 right now. Used to be in the 190-195 range, but married life struck hard.
I am looking to start a diet consisting of lean chicken, brown rice, oatmeal, tilapia, green veggies, and protein powder. My goal is to lose some weight and cut up a bit. I understand at 220 I am probably out of the range where I can use Winstrol, so what would my other options be? I plan on lifting weights for an hour 5-6 times a week and doing cardio for an hour 5-6 times a week. Am I on the right track so far? What supplements can I add to this regiment to prepare me for a Winstrol cycle in the future? I was thinking a multi vitamin, l carnitine, bcaa, zma stack. I have some friends in my same situation going straight into Winstrol with the same if not worse stats than I have. Didnt think that was right after visiting these forums. Any info is appreciated. Thanks!
