AI and nolva if estrogen sides occur?

I will be running test prop @ 125mg EOD, im worried about oestrogen sides, if i feel to much bloating or itchy nipples I will have arimidex and nolva on hand. At what dosages should i use these if sides occur and also how long for?

First, i had no issues with sides at ED dosing. IMO, if ur gonna go EOD with prop might as well go ED.
2nd, depends on what the sides are. I had/have pubertal gyno, so when on cycle i go with 20mg ED of nolva. Acne, bloating can somewhat be controlled by diet and habitual extra cleansing.
if bloat and acne cant be controlled by that, then go with a AI. Adex is popular but dont do it during pct. Aromasin can be extended thru PCT if needed but not recommended.

so 20mg ED untill the signs of gyno go away? I will be pinning ED most likely just trying to work out what dose as i want to be using 125mg EOD

just run the adex from the start if your that worried

If your concerned about estrogen related sides during your cycle take 0.25mgs a-dex ed. Looking back over your cycle history will help you with deciding if your prone to estrogen sides or not.

bloating and itchy nipples are 2 different things. So i would treat them differently.

well im taking pro viron with my test and i didnt want to affect my gains. So im thinking just having the adex and nolva on hand and if i do start getting itchy nipples then ill run 0.25mg ED adex and 20mg ED nolva untill sides stop, what do you think to that.

My stats are:
Height: 6'1
Weight: 215lbs
Body Fat: around 13%

my previous cycle experience has only been anavar up to now i like to use gear as sparingly as possible. As a kid i did develope a small amount of gyno during puberty and i used to drink socially which i dont think helped it out.
