    Pct & work

How has pct affected your work? I haven't read many positive things about pct yet. I am concerned on how this is gonna effect my ability to work a physical job.
I know to keep my calories up, during pct this sounds easier said than done, especially with hard work.
What are some things u members have done to cope?
    Any experiences would be helpful..thx.

I see that alot of guys lose their gains because they don't feel like eating or training. I figured the same would apply for physical work.

loosing weight is far away from not eating good enough or working much physical work. The main thing that effects the loss of muscle mass is the lowered testosterone production after cycle. And bad eating, much work and less sleep effects this testosterone negatively and this directly influence your muscle mass
