    Completely Ignorant

To start off here is the stats:

    Age: 27
    Height: 5'8"
    Weight: 173 lbs
    Not previous cycles

I have a pretty clean diet and a stable work out schedule.

I am on CLA, multi-vitamin,Viridex XT Test booster, GNC Amplified Creatine 189 and was thinking of starting EQ 300mg a week and Test E 500mg a week.

    Any help would be awesome.

To note Im training to look good and feel good by Oct 9th. I want to cut BF% but gain about 5-10 lbs of lean muscle. I know its unlikely but hey, never hurts to ask.

As a first timer, stick with just test-e. Remember to inject the test-e twice a week.

I plan to do it twice a week starting with 200mg then moving up to 250mg to total 500mg. With a good strict diet and dedicated training program should I see good results in 7 weeks?

There is no need to step up the dose, start at 250mg 2x a week and finish at the same amount. Also, 7 weeks is no good, you need to consider running the long esters 10 to 12 weeks.

TMWar, how much lifting experience do you have? What's your current bodyfat percentage? What does your diet and workout routine look like?

I've been lifting casually for about 5 years. I just had my BF% done and I am at 16% currently. Diet is small meals every 2 hours consisting on tuna, shakes and chicken. I am fully aware I need to put some more carbs and veggies in.

That depends on the type of training used, diet, strictness of regimen, quality of gear, inherent genes, etc...(basically hard to tell), but most people will definitely notice results by this stage even with a longer ester.

You should already have some results by week 4 or 5. But seriously, I think you need to hit up the diet section and get a solid diet in place before you start any sort of gear. Trust me on this, you don't want to trying to figure out what diet is right for you while you're in the middle of your cycle.

Very true, it would be a joke of a waste of time and money!
