    Recomendations?

    hi i have attached pictures of when i first started training and me now.
    this is over a 22 month period. lately my gains have started to slow.
    i was oringally 112lb's i am now 190.4lb's 10% bf and 20 years of age nearly 21. 5ft 9".
    my question is to you guys from what you see in my current pictures what would you recommend me taking? thanks.

    You can find it in the diet section..

    You are still too young to seriously be considering AAS, you have a few years yet to tweak your diet & routine and prime yourself for when the time is right.

    You have probably experienced newbie gains up untill now....

    You can gain as a newbie no matter what you do... Once to plateau you need to start to think about things....

    You need to learn how to become progressive in your training and diet... It is a long process of learning what you respond well to and what you don't.....

    You do not need AAS'


    Would you please post your full diet and full training routine.... Those areas need to now get nailed down perfectly or your not going to continue to progress....

    This, continue training naturally and in the next 5 years you can still make exponential gains through progression before you even need to consider AAS.

    i previously used winstrol tabs i was new and someone recommended it now i know a few things i guess there pointless with my current build?
