Q. Does hydroxyzine upregulate beta-receptors?

I can't find a single scrap of information about it online!


I have ketotifen on hand but don't want to use it if hydroxyzine is already doing the job

Any input?

to be honest i've never seen conclusive evidence that ketotifen actually does anything whatsoever, but according to my micromedex the pharmacokinetics doesn't affect beta receptors at all

I used benedryl with clen and it didn't do seem to do anything. So this spring I switched to Keto. Thats still didn't seem to help with up regulation, imo it doesn't work. I would be careful about combining the 2. There may not be any interactions but then again, they are both pretty strong.
