I'll start with my stats. I'm 28 years old, been training since
I was 16. No breaks never stopped it's a Lifestyle. I train 5 days a week and play sports (hockey, ball) 3-4 aswell. I train because I want to look good but I'm also never happy with my current state. I always wnt to be better.
I'm 5'9 205 pounds.
The reason that I am thinking o going and trying this is over the years I have dieted, strength trained, specialty trained ect ect and just really never look how I want. I've done 30 different diets most recently the anabolic diet to see if I could break this and still after 6 months, other then being a bit leaner really don't look the part. It's frustrating to say the least. My genetics definetly suck to put it bluntly. I've recently tried all the test boosters and noticed it's all hype. I think I'm at my last resort to look how I want. Just wanted to get some Advice and thoughts for a starting place. I'm obviously worried about many different factors. Health, friends and family finding out, criminal charges ect. Just wondering if everyone thinks it's worth the risk to get that look veryone wants and also what kind of stack u should use as a newb? I don't want to end up with gyno or infections ECt so anything anyone can help with to start would be great. Thanks! Also I apologize for grammar and crap I'm on a phone and it's hard to type.
