    Thinking of doing a cycle

    Hi there

    I'll start with my stats. I'm 28 years old, been training since
    I was 16. No breaks never stopped it's a Lifestyle. I train 5 days a week and play sports (hockey, ball) 3-4 aswell. I train because I want to look good but I'm also never happy with my current state. I always wnt to be better.
    I'm 5'9 205 pounds.
    The reason that I am thinking o going and trying this is over the years I have dieted, strength trained, specialty trained ect ect and just really never look how I want. I've done 30 different diets most recently the anabolic diet to see if I could break this and still after 6 months, other then being a bit leaner really don't look the part. It's frustrating to say the least. My genetics definetly suck to put it bluntly. I've recently tried all the test boosters and noticed it's all hype. I think I'm at my last resort to look how I want. Just wanted to get some Advice and thoughts for a starting place. I'm obviously worried about many different factors. Health, friends and family finding out, criminal charges ect. Just wondering if everyone thinks it's worth the risk to get that look veryone wants and also what kind of stack u should use as a newb? I don't want to end up with gyno or infections ECt so anything anyone can help with to start would be great. Thanks! Also I apologize for grammar and crap I'm on a phone and it's hard to type.     Body fat was around 15% last month. Haven't checked recently. What other stats should I be posting? Thanks!

    I'm 28 been training since I was 16. Body fat around 15%. I'm 5'9 And 205 pounds.
    Diet is pretty clean just finished up the anabolic diet after being on it for six months. Usually eat around 3500-4000 cals a day. Meats, whole grab pastas, lots of fruit and veggies.
    Never seem to get where I want. I look fit but not like I have worked and trained since I was a kid. It's what bugs me te most just seem to always stay the same and never get bigger or stronger

    i think you could make great gain with diet. what does your meal plan look like?

    The Last 6 months my diet was based off a program I found. It was a modified anabolic diet.
    Week day:
    Meal 1: 6 eggs
    Meal 2: 6 oz meat
    Meal 3: 4 eggs
    Meal 4: 4 oz meat
    Meal 5: 2 eggs
    Meal 6: small meat serving.

    Veggies were unlimited Amd could be eaten with any meal at anytime.
    Week end: carb up Saturday. Eat lots of carbs whole grains, rice ect.
    Sunday back to weekday eating.
    It yielded ok gains In terms of leaning me out but not much I'n terms of size.
    I've also followed bulking diets I'n the past aswell Amd mostly got fat.
    If anyone has a recommended diet I'm all ears. I just have really tried everything throughout the years

    Your diet needs a complete overhaul. I'd recommend getting to the diet section where we can better assist you. Once your diet is fixed and can be stuck to for a solid year then I think you could consider cycling provided you are telling the truth about your age and cycle experience.
