    Dissaster or Not?

I'm 51 and am doing a cutting phase in my training. I have no problem with Mass or Strength but taking off some kilos from my waist has proven to be difficult.

I've been under Testosterone Therapy for around 10 years with 250 mg. every 2 weeks, Arimidex 2 or 3 times a year and bloodletting every 3 or 4 months.

I came to the conclusion I needed some help with the cut so I'm doing my first "cycle" using Testosterone /Arimidex/Clenbuterol . I don't need anymore Mass as I'm huge at 187cm. and 126 kilos. I just want to maintain my muscles as I lose fat.

I just finished my 5th day and all was going great (1.5 kilos lighter and a little more definition). Doing cardio every other day and a three day split Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Doing Cardio this afternoon I injured my knee. It's swollen and painful. I have had two serious injuries with the same knee in the past.

Needless to say I won't be doing Cardio any time soon so would you advise I stop the cycle until healed or continue with only upper body weights and diet?

    Thanks all.

esentially your doing a clen cycle due to you already being on trt (did you up your test dose). a sucessful cut is diet and cardio dependant, it sounds as if you were not doing enough cardio (every other day) and you dont tell us about your diet. im gonna only assume that he results you want will come when your injurie heals and you step up the cardio and make adjustments to your diet.

My resting metabolic rate is 3750 calories per day as tested in a specialized clinic. My diet is around 2500 calories per day with 300 grammes of Protein from lean meats and Whey. Fats from rice bran oil and 100 grammes of boiled peanuts and the rest made of boiled Mung Beans and green vegetables.

I'm doing 300mg of Test per week and 300 mg of Arimidex per week. I have progressed to 80 mcg of Clenbuterol per day and will bring it up to 120.

    p.s.....THANKS

It's rough getting old but I'm not there yet

I decided to continue the cycle. I will have to be stricter on my diet if I'm not doing cardio but diet and weights will get me at least closer to my objective,

    Thanks everyone.

What are you doing for cardio, running? A fast paced walk should be enough.

I was running the treadmill but I won't be doing that again for a while. Tapping up my knee allows me to walk so I will be doing as much of that as I can.
