Question about adex and alcohol

Hi, I am asking this on behalf of a friend who asked me the same question. He is 22 and doesn't do AAS, but he trains pretty seriously about 4-5 times a week. Being a college student, he also drinks 1-2 nights a week on weekends. I know the best answer would be not to drink at all, but since arimidex stops test from aromatizing into estrogen, would taking adex prior to drinking help diminish the negative effects of alcohol? Obviously alcohol isn't good in any diet, but it seems the most negative effect would be the raising of estrogen and thus lowering of testosterone . Would using an AI prior to drinking alcohol be worthwhile or would it not do much to stop the increase of estrogen?

Unless he's binge drinking, the conversion from test to estrogen is negligible.
