    Epo / erythropoietin

    Hi,

I will like to try Epo / erythropoietin. Is there anyone who has experience with this and the amount to be used?

i have a friend who runs cross country in college, he took 1000iu everyday for a month last year.. dropped his 10k time from like 31:30 to 29:30 in a few months. it is really dangerous if used improperly however.. thick blood can lead to blood clots, so it is VERY important to take a blood thinner / fish oil and drink a lot of water.

I have used Erythropoietin for the better part of 4 years. It is VERY safe if used correctly. Most people are afraid of it because they have heard horror stories about people who died from thick blood... These people OD'ed on the stuff!!! One can OD on just about ANYTHING if you use too much!!!! The trick is.... for the average person.... to use ~14000iu to raise hematocrit level 1%... Most people can raise hematocrit at least 5% safely!!!!!!
