Little BB under left nipple

What's up boys?? Quick question. I was doing an anavar only "cycle" about 2 months ago. VERY low dose of 20 mg/week just to harden up a little and get a bit stronger since I'm training BJJ and hour and a half 5 days a week and muay thai 3 days a week.

Ran out of Var, so I started running test e at 125mg/week, again I realize it's a very low dose but I do not want to gain any weight at all.

Anyway, felt a small BB under left nipple and was wondering if this was possible from such low doses and if I stop running all gear will it just go away in time??

I have a little Nolva on hand but I'd rather just stop taking gear for the time being than add to what I'm taking.

After almost 500 posts on here you did a var only cycle? And then when u ran out you continued with 125mg a week? You should know better...

So your still running the cycle? Do u have or can you get an AI? Sorry if you could also clear up what BB stands for?

What's wrong with a Var only cycle?? I'm only using a tiny amount and I've been with my girl for years. I realize virtually all cycles should have a test base but I can't put on any weight and I always hold a lot of water on test.

So back to the original question, can you get gyno from such amount of var and test and if I just stop using gear will the gyno go away or do I need to actually use Nolvadex ?? Thanks for responses.
