advice on second cycle

hello guys, i found a dealer and i want to get my gear ready for October when i will start my SECOND cycle, my first cycle was tect c 500mg a week with anavar 40 mgs daily.
my stats 25 years old 6.3 225lb bf 16 - 17, will start clen in september before starting cycle.
i was thinking to take this stuff for my second cycle :
his sustanon is 325 mg per ml \ will shoot 2ml = 650 mg a week
his deca is 300mg per ml \ will shoot 1ml = 300 mg a week
anavar 50 mg daily + proviron 35 mgs daily to minimize the side effects.
pct will start 21 days after last pin and will be clomid 100 mgs daily + nolva 40 mgs daily for 3 - 4 weeks.
is this a good second cycle in your opinion ?
should i lower the sus to 500 a week ? or should i keep it 650 and up the deca to 600 a week ?
is proviron really effective during cycle ? and at what dose?
is my pct good ?
can i shoot sus and deca in the same syringe once a week ?
looking for your opinion friends, and would appreciate any help for the dosing of sus and deca and proviron and pct.

What were your results and gains from your first cycle?
I think your using to many compounds for your second cycle and there's really no need for it, keep it simple it isnt race.

Hello marcus, thanks for the post, i had some noticeable results but i was hoping for more, i want your opinion on the simple cycle and that is the main reason i started a thread here before buying gear so i can get the opinion of experienced BB like you.
What do you suggest for a simple second cycle, and which compound i should drop out ? Like anavar or proviron ?

Bro if you had good results with the 1st cycle run it again.More isnt always better.You grow in stages.Run the same cycle until you see you arent gaining off it.Why waste money when you dont need to.

Well songdog, first of all thanks , i had results but its not what i was hoping for and thats why im seeking the experience of the guys in this forums for my second cycle, any suggestions please ?

I agree with songdog, run another smaller cycle, even if you just tried sustanon only for 10-12 weeks noted your gains then reassessed. I really like test-e + decca, everyone is different though and prefer different compounds.

When I joined years ago I was just like you and a lot of other new guys to the forum. I just wanted someone to tell me what to run. Never under estimate the power of doing your own research. Its your body you should know what you are putting into it. Research will help you pick what you want to run and to run it. We can all give suggestions, opinions, experience etc but every person is diff and so is their source and gear. We'd love to help but you need to be prepared for our help. Not to mention many people have diff opinions on each of the compounds you listed.

But to answer 1 question, you can combine your injectables into 1 syringe.

hello guys, thanks for sharing and posting, after reading your posts, i decided to take this for my second cycle :
sust 650 every week for 10 weeks ( each ml is 325 so 2 ml every week )
anavar 50 mgs daily
proviron 25 mgs daily
how does that sound ?
