Am i waisting time NOT juiceing????

    Hey people

    well here is the story

i was 30 years of age last week and have been training on and off for about 5 years...
but in that time i did a LOT of partyin and drank most nights so had a $hit diet... so never really made any good gains..
untill about 2 months ago when i came on here and started to get my diet together and lay off the beer...
    BUT HERE IS THE THING!!

i was in the gym today and i was lookin at a MONSTER of a lad doin crazy weights...

anyways i was in the changin rooms later on i got chating to him, and i said to him
fair play to you lad your looking like a beast!! you must be traing hard!

and he said thanks man! then he went on to tell me he is only 17 years of age :0

and then he says to me "but i heve been traing for nearlly a year and a half"

so then i LOLd and said a year and a half is NOTHING!! to be traing.. iv been train for about 5 years and still look like crap...

so to cut a long story short should i just start juicing now and stop waisting time???

    thanks people!

I would say to wait until your diet and workout regime is dialed in before you start your cycle. If your diet and workout is crap than you will lose all the results you got on cycle once you are off the juice.

Isn't the same as the guy's 1.5 years of apparent serious, dedicated, balls-out, no nonsense training.

5 years of half-assing it and spinning your wheels
    vs
    1.5 years of proper training

See the difference? Quality of quantity.

There are guys like you all over the world.Who drink party and eat wat ever.Hit the gym when ever and dont see any gains. Then they see a guy who did things right and get jealous. And they want a quick fix.Sorry no such thing. You need to dedicate yourself. And more than a month or two or you wont see anything or keep it.Your lifestyle isnt made for aas.You can suffer serios sides over doing it.Clean up so you can catch up.NO SHORT CUTS !

before u look to the juice add 10 pounds using creatine and beta alanine and after a year take a really good testosterone booster , and after ur test booster is done and its been a year of right diet and correct habits and sleep then u can get on the juice and blow up.......

now thats not to say everyone on juice is a health food guru and has awesome habits..u can have average food intake and high protien intake and not get optimum sleep(((i am a soldier in the military and have situations that make me not sleep or eat right in the middle or during some of my cycles)) and still do steroids right and look and feel good with clean checkups at the docs,,,, however its harder to do so. So just remember nobody has the right to act like you dont know what ur doing and police ur or mine or anyoones cycle cuz its ur cycle so as long as you research then knowledge should dictate ur cycles not anyones advice on here..if u want to jump on the juice id say learn learn learn about AAS and whats is necessary as far as your habits for almost 1 full year and it should all almost come naturally as u want to maximize the stuff u are taking.

These threads just keep getting better and better.

    To the OP,

Until you are completely 100% devoted to sleep, diet and lifting and have done this at least a solid year prefferbly 2 your CNS system is not ready for juicing and its very likely you will suffer small nagging injuries that best case will slow your progress, or you may well suffer major injuries that follow you for years and years. PS a 17 year old may be able to train dumb and get good results without injury but at 29 it becomes a lot less likely.
