This could be a dumb question but I am curious to see what you guys think..
Since I started prop, I have been retaining a bit of water, especially in my face. I use Adex @ .5 eod which helps, but does not eliminate this.
I was wondering if you guys use the sauna/steamroom post workout to minimize the water retention? I have been using it 2x/week and it seems to be helping quite a bit. I don't see why this would be a bad thing, but ya never know. Would it be beneficial to be retaining a little more water, maybe help the muscles, or no?
