    1st cycle deca200 and sus 250

    after months of reading i've decided on test as my first cycle.

    My dealer has told me he has had some success stacking with deca 200.


    I had the money so I got both.

    I also have novaldex and clomad, and milk thistle.


    Dealer doesn't seeem to no much about roids..just told me jab sus early week deca later in the week.

    ID prefer a detailed cycle guide from you guy's

    How much of each do you have?

    i vial each. not dure on ml'd they are at another place. he said it would be 8 - 10 week cycle

    doesn't sound like this guy is giving you good advice, even if the were 20ml bottles it wouldn't be enough for a proper cycle.
    for a first cycle its advisable to stick with just test, so you will no how your body reacts, and you'll understand the side effects if any you experiance. using multi-compounds for a first cycle will confuse the issue.
    see if he'll take the deca back and pick up more sust.
    you'll wanna run at least 400mgs p/w for 10 to 12 weeks.
    can you post your pct plan with your nolva and clomid, no need for milk thiste in pct or on a test cycle.
    can you also post a samle day of your diet, your stats reflect room for more natural growth.

    You definitely don`t have enough test and definitely drop the deca for a first cycle.

    You already admit that your boy does not know much about AAS yet you buy deca cuz he said he has had good success with it? Like suggested already drop the deca and run test only. This way you can see how your body reacts and if you start to get some dies you know what is causing them. Later you can add deca in a 2nd or 3rd cycle and start to build from there but to jump in with 2 is not smart.

    Yeh it was cheap and I don't have to stack it. I always wanted to do a test only bicycle ride the first time round anyway.

    Meal 1 – 6 boiled Eggs, 2 cups of Oatmeal and a Protein Shake
    Meal 2 – 300g Chicken Breast (boiled) Broccoli and Brown Rice
    Meal 3 – 200g Tuna chunks in spring water, mixed with Spinach Leaves, and Wholemeal Pasta

    Meal 4 – Stir fry Beef/Kangaroo Mince with some vegetables

    Meal 6 – 4 scrambled Eggs and some Salmon
