    Advice for M-Drol cycle

I am wanting to run a cycle (4 weeks) of M-drol (already purchased) and wanted to know if anyone has any advice for me. I'm 21, 6'1" 170 and have been training since my sophomore year. My diet is in check (4000 cals a day and 200+ grams protein). My routine is structured around heavy compound lifts. I'm thinking I'll do 10mg a day for first week and then 20mg a day the next three weeks. I will be taking liv-52 the whole time since I know it's hard on ur liver.

Any advice or previous experiences (gains) would be appreciated. Thanks

Bro at 21 you are to young. You can mess up your endo system. All you need is a good diet.At 6" 1 you are underweight. You need to build a base.Your diet cant be as good as you think it is or you would be bigger.Post your diet with macros in the diet section.Someone will help you.

Just by looking at the title my best advice is to not run it. PH are very harsh on the body.. You say your diet is in check but if your consuming 4000cals how in the world are you only 170 at a height of 6'1?

    Post your diet please.

I would love to know the answer to your question. Trust me. And when I say 4000 cals, I mean AT LEAST 4000. I'm starting to think I have a tapeworm lol But seriously, my macro split is ABOUT 25% protein 50% carbs and 25% fat. Trust me guys, I train like an animal, eat like an animal, and cannot get any bigger. Ive lifted continuously (varying degrees of seriousness) for four years, and have been eating 4000+ for about 7 months. Guess how much weight Ive gained? 3 pounds. I'm very strong for my size, 340 DL 90 pounds DB press, 220 bent over row, which is great and all, but at some point I have to put on some more size to keep progressing.....

    What are you supplementing?
Just whey, creatine, and a pre workout. I track everything I eat on livestrong.com, so I know that I'm counting my intake accurately. Now I will say, however, that I commute by cycle, and have an active job, so I expend a lot of energy every day, but I should still be gaining weight even when I factor that in.

Horrible workout routine. Way too many sets. No rest days.

The reason you are 170 is cuz you are over training.

You GROW while you rest. You can eat more on off days. And sleep more on off days. Which are your rest days.

    Simple.

Change your routine. Only lift 3-4 days a week. And I promise youll grow.

    How do I know...

I used to be 160lbs at 6'3. So I was taller and skinnier.

Now I float between 220 and 230 with 10-12% bodyfat.

If you rest more. Eat the same. And lift with a better routine.. those 4000 calories will be put to better use.

Plus the your rep count blows.

I stick to 8-12 reps. As heavy as you can. Long as you go to failure your muscle will grow.
Every now and then go up to 20 reps. With a weight that you can do for 12. If you dont feel that and if your muscles dont respond better... then Ill shave my ass and glue the hair to my chin.

And "Cant squat" Is horrible excuse. I have grown so much more upper body when I started doing legs seriously.
Do DB squats. Or DB lunges. Or Barbell hacks. Or squat press.
So many ways to hit legs. Youtube is a wonderful tool. Use it. Look up shit.

Youre hitting back 3 times in 5 days? Wtf.

Sorry bro but you seriously need to do some research. Your whole plan is skewed.

And more importantly if your training sucks so bad... then your diet probably does too.

Im not being an asshole. Even though I usually am.

Im simply explaining why you are not growing.

Hope you can take home some insight from this.

First thing, thanks for giving me a straight up response, I appreciate it (srs). And I know my current schedule is a little strange, something I came up with and wanted to try, but Ive done every routine in the book. I used to train with Jon Pedigo, former Mr. Indiana and current personal trainer. He knew his shit and had me doing all kinds of workouts but it was the same story; great strength gains but little to no size. Who knows though, maybe if I ate what I eat now, then, I would have made more progress.....

I'll hit up the workout section and see what I can find there.
