    Quick Injection Question

    Doing EQ 400mg/Wk and have two bottles of 50mg so far, so i have to do 4 ml on injection day, 4 ml in one spot bad?

    I also have a 50mg bottle and take 300-400 mgs per week, I split my injections, for example 2 cc's in one tricept and 2 in the other. Or id do three of four shots per week.

    3cc/ml is recommended as the max for quad/glutes... I wouldn't go over it.
