ok so i have a bottle of 50 20 mg tabs of nolval, how the best way to take it on a 12 week 500 mg test e cycle

well ull need more after ur cycle u know this right. on cycle i dont think more than 20 or even 10 is needed, but for pct yeah 40/40/20...

I wouldn't use it on cycle unless you have gyno. At 500 mg Test E it shouldn't be necessary

I would use an ai like arimidex or aromasin on cycle, use the nolva for your pct.
