I am 6'3" 222lbs. Started a Ph with a test enhancer. Eating like a horse and taking extra EFA's, vitamins, protein, and creatine.
Started Monday and every since I can't sleep much. I was sleeping like a baby and now I take an hours to fall asleep and wake up 2 or 3 times a night and still only get about 5 - 6 hours of sleep. I don't function well on lack of sleep. Any info or help?
What ph and test enhancer?

This is a bit embarassing but it is the test and deca from a .com that this site recommends. I have been out of the loop a long time so I thought I would try this. its the Test + 600 and Deca 200.
I have no idea whats in that stuff, I know its mostly herbals. Don't be too embarrassed. Allot of new guys make that mistake. You could try benadryl or doxylamine (generic unisom). If Benadryl doesn't work then try doxylamine, it is much stronger.
yea sorry man,, those are pretty much fancy vitamins.
The deca is nandoconate the test is just a bunch of stuff like tribulus, longjack, maca powder. all that.
Yup. They shouldn't have any effect on you at all. If the are affecting your sleep, then just drop them.Quote:
