    Surgery Recovery Hgh/TestCyp/Primo

    Hey everyone,

    I'm 26 years old, 6'0", 185 lbs.
I eat quite healthy, lots of chicken and fish, beans, lentils, spinach, nuts, etc etc... I rarely eat anything in terms of fast food and don't drink booze when im religiously in the gym. In the gym 5-6 days a week and in great shape until...
Long story short, bought a bunch of gear, was ready to start and hurt my wrist snowboarding. Went to the hospital, they said it was sprained, so i kept going to the gym doing my thing, 3 months later my wrist was still hurting, so i went back to the hospital, ended up being my wrist was broken the whole time and my scaphoid was now split in half...hmm maybe thats where the pain was coming from? lol
Anyways ive now had surgery and they put a pin in and the recovery just f'n blows and i have this gear just staring at me saying "DO ME!" haha Was in a cast for 6 weeks, and been out now for about 6 weeks. Wrist still sucks!
well ive spoken to a few people and they suggested trying some hgh. So i spoke with my doctor and she agreed that it would definetly help with healing and make the bone stronger, plus help the previous injuries ive had and make me less of a sore old man in the future. Ive torn my right rotator, torn my left pectoral muscle and minor tear in my right meniscus... buuuut wouldn't perscribe the gh to me...
    SO!
Ive looked into hgh now and decided its for me...
On hand i have 6 kits @ 100 ius each
Was gonna start at 1.5iu a day for first week then 2iu the second increasing by 0.5iu until i reach 4iu. and run that till its all gone, prob just around 6 months...With monthly visits to the doctor, since she said she would monitor me the whole time and make sure the bone is healing.
IF and only if the bone is healed in the fifth month i plan to incorporate my gear. if the bone isn't healed ill just keep running the gh till it is good to go.
In terms of gear, this is what i plan to run
Week 1-4: Test cyp 250mcg every 3 days
    Week 4-16: Test cyp 250mcg every 3 days & primobolan 200mcg every 3 days
Week 1-16: Aromasin 1 pill eod
    Week 15-17: Nolvadex
    Week 16-18: 10000iu of hcg.

I don't know if it significant but ill be taking the universal animal pak multivitamin throughout everything aswell... Not gonna be doing heavy weight, very light what my wrist can handle just to strengthen and keep active.

I don't know if there is anything else i could incorporate with either of the products above to make them more effective or help along the way, i know that running insulin with hgh is good, but the sides and possibility of harming yourself is too great, so i don't plan on doing that.
Any suggestions from any knowledgable people would be greatly appreciated. I plan on starting this run a week from today, and will be posting my results as i go. Ive found that theres not many situations like mine, maybe there are and i havent found it yet, but nothing thats very clear and concise... So i hope that continuing this might help others in the future.

If there is anything i have forgotten in terms of information i apologize and will gladly update whatever is needed...
Thank you for any considerations and help.

Cycle history? I assume you mean mg,,,not mcg

Your wrist is a pretty important part in your lifts, You could just be wasting gear if it really gets in the way

    yes mg, sorry...
I did m1t back when i was 18, stupid mistake, i got gyno from it and had surgery to cut it out... thats why im taking the aromasin the whole time to make sure it doesn't come back.
Ya i know its super important, legs are really getting boring to just do over and over, thats why i wanna speed up and improve the healing of the wrist... won't do the gear until i know its 100% solid and healed, if not ill be running hgh till it is...

I would hold off on the steroids untill you can work out heavy again not just healed bone, you risk tendon injuries after a fracture and go one gear.

HGH would help recovery but to a point.

Oh and rethink your pct and hcg usage. HcG is for on cycle fyi

Yeah i did realize i made a few mistakes typing in my first post w.r.t. timing.
    Anyways,
Im just starting week 3 of the hgh. first week i started at 1 i.u. for seven days and went to 1.5 i.u. tomorrow gonna start at 2 still increasing until i hit 3 to 4. i havent decided on what to run concsistently with. I am doing this more for recovery reasons more than mass gain, i know u need upwards of 6 to 10 i.u. for that.
I also got great news, my orth surgeon let me know the bone is healed so i can slowly start increasing weight every week... Might even start pumping the test cyp after running the hgh consistently for another month to get a little more kick. still contemplating that.

Starated incorporating juicing into my diet and its quite good, a beet, carrots, celery ginger and an apple tastes friggin good!
Also started growing wheatgrass, this stuff is amazing!

Well i have noticed a slight difference this second week w.r.t. the hgh i think? Im doing very low weight but still getting that feeling of a pump like i used to when i was in my best shape. Slight change in body aswell, my traps and chest look more swollen, and the pump just doesn't really go away like when i used to work out on nothing. Joints also feel more fluid, ive torn my right rotator twice and never got surgery, the clicking is still there but it just feels smoother?
Well hope its a response from the hgh not just in my head.
ill post in the next coming weeks my progress... Im not very good at expressing myself through typing so if im all over the place i apologize, i don't type at all in my line of work.

HCG is at 250iu 2x a week ON CYCLE, not PCT.

HGH take a while to get growth, i wouldnt ramp it up past the 4iu that ur doing. IMO, since ur on a cycle and had recent surgery i would keep it no higher than the 4iu that you are doing. You would actually do good with just 2iu/day and then it will last longer. Another thing you can look into is the peptides that help increase natural GH release It would end up being a combination effect of total GH, it just comes down to a timing issue. then you can save some money by making ur HGH last longer, and stimulate your own which would increase the amount of GH in your system.

Make sure to do high rep exercises for now, you dont want the extra strain of maxing out on that wrist to make it rebreak . Its not nearly as strong as it was before yet, the cycle helps mainly due to the extra estrogen. If you dont neeed the AI i wouldnt do one. Estrogen helps to increase your BMD (bone mineral density) and since you just had surgery, you will want the most that you can get from it.
Although i would have waited to do a cycle untill you are already feeling ok with maxing out and such with weights to make sure ur completely healed.. sounds like you are doing a ok job.

ur pct plan sucks, to be frank. You should get some clomid, and use that with the nolva for your pct. There is a whole section on PCT that you should check out. Swiftos is the best IMO, I dont agree with the use of an AI in PCT.
I would go with clomid at 100mg ED for the first week, then 50mg the 2nd week in combination with nolva at 40mg ed for the first week then 20mg for the next 4 weeks. You will want to have the nolva going 2 weeks longer than the clomid to prevent any rebound and to make your body more sensitive to LHRH. If you can find it, sub out the nolva for some tore. the tore doesnt have as much bone chewing as tamox does (its a 2nd generation version of nolva, has better effects @ other organs) the tore would be 120mg ED for the first week then 60mg ED for the next 4 weeks inplace of the tamox. (oh nolva=tamox... so ur not confused)

    Thank you Lemonada8,
so for the hcg, as im ramping down for 2 weeks, ill start the hcg then. and 250 twice a week will the 10000i.u. is done?
w.r.t the hgh, ya im gonna stay at 4 until the cycle is done in december, and then stay at 2i.u. till the six month mark.
in terms of weight, im no where near my max, im just doing it where the wrist has no pain whatsoever during the workout, while constantly stretching it. i feel soreness later that night and day after, but warming it up with my wrist exercises and rest for a day or two works... only pushing exercises make it sore, so the gap from chest days is ample time to repair.
i was gonna wait to do the gear, but i was taking the gh, and read test was good coupled with it. still not gonna do tons of weight at all, just there for some size gain. and its been working out well. i had a bunch in the closet and was tired of looking at it... i also saved my primo and more test for next may.

thank you for the guidance on the pct, ill def look into getting the clom-id, as i already have the nolv ill still take that.

You will want to take the HCG on cycle at 2x a week untill your first day of taking PCT meds. So that time between last injection and pct you still do the HCG.
If you have noticed severe shrinkage of ur balls now, you can do 500iu 2x a week for the first 2 weeks then go down to 250iu. you wont want to do more than that however, because with increasing HCG you start to get resistant to it and thats a issue of recovery in pct (wont be as effective)

With your wrist, if you do body weight exercises and just rep them out, that will help build back strength more than anything and you will still be getting a decent workout. You want to work it as much as possible. If you do few sets few reps high weight thats not nearly the same amount of work as high reps, high sets low weight will do, esp in a healing sense.
good job stretching it out and warming it up each time, i bet there is some swelling in the joint still and the best way to work it out is constant movement.

football destroyed me man... and ya i know being older is gonna really suck for me... im outdoors all the time and like pushing it and sometimes, i push it a little too far. mountain biking, or snowboarding etc etc, hence me trying to repair as much as i can by incorporating hgh, physio, proper nutrition, and gonna start yoga once a week..just maintain that for as long as i am able to and hopefully it repairs what it can and reverse some of the damage... oh heres another kicker, my L5 moves 1 mm out of place... gotta check on that and see how its doing.
and im glad its comical that i have injuries, remind me to clap when u get hurt.
