hey i am 3 weeks in to my first cycle of deca 300 / test e 300. I am running2mls of test / 1ml of deca a week, im gong to run deca for 9 weeks and test for 10, im new to this whole scence i have done alot of reading but i can never get a straight answer on arimidex. i have liquid dex for my pct but now i dont know if should add the arimdex into the cycle or use it as a pct. any help would be great! 5'8 180 pounds ... thankss

a-dex isnt pct. You need clomid and nolva

You missed the most important part of a cycle.RESEARCH this is all the stuff you shouldve known before you started your cycle.You run a AI Adwx to help control bloat not for pct.Now you need to get some novadex and clomid for pct.You need to read the pct section it will explain.Also read beginners cycles it will help.And while your at it hit the diet section.Post your diet and see where you stand.There is a lot more to cycling than just pinning yourself in the butt.
