Hey.. 5'10 205 13% . Im currently on 600 sust wk. & deca 400 wk.. recently I've gotten bloated in the gut. When I flex it looks fine bout otherwise I look liked a alcoholic with a beer belly.. some back ground... the last two weeks I've only worked out 3 times. This is not normal, I had a close friend die at a young age and left for the funeral and have been helping the family. Clear out the house. So where do you think the bloat came from? And yes diet has slacked during this time.. other then getting back to the grind what can I do to control the bloat? Thank you!
