I have a 7 day split...this was created pre cycle, would it be adequate now, or should I increase the frequency of my workouts. It is as follows
Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Back
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Shoulders
Saturday - Arms/Abs
Sunday - Rest
I am doing Tbol to start, test for 12 weeks, Deca for 10.
Any advice appreciated. Thank you.
