    Workout frequency

    I have a 7 day split...this was created pre cycle, would it be adequate now, or should I increase the frequency of my workouts. It is as follows
    Monday - Chest
    Tuesday - Back
    Wednesday - Legs
    Thursday - Rest
    Friday - Shoulders
    Saturday - Arms/Abs
    Sunday - Rest

    I am doing Tbol to start, test for 12 weeks, Deca for 10.
    Any advice appreciated. Thank you.

    Whats your stats's bro? What you trying to archive? Diet?

    Your workout needs some adjusting! I suggest day on day off routine. Ensure your doing compound movements, will build the muscles quicker.

    day 1: chest/shoulders/tri
    day 2: off
    day 3: back/bi
    day 4: off
    day 5: legs
    day 6: off
    Day 7: Back to day 1 and repeat.

    I wouldn't waste a day just doing shoulders and arms/abs. Do abs's whenever, you can smash them everyday if need be.

    thats the routine i use also. i like it alot. it has come through for me. i always use to do 2 body parts a day. this keep[s me focused and i dont rush. 1 hr a day.6 days a week . but i work abs 4 days a week.
