    Honest opinion?

Ok so after doing some more research was hoping to get some opinions as to whether or not you think id be ready to take AAS or wait off for a while longer.
So here are the basics im 24.5yrs old, 5'11", have trained (weightlifting) seriously for the last 2.5yrs 4-5 days a week + on and of casually for 2 years before that, currently pull in at around 180lbs (and have been that for about the last 6 months) when i started serious training would have weighed around 155lbs i have an extremely high metabolism and would say probably fall into the ectomorph category. my BF% is around 12-15. as far as my diet goes i try to fit in around 6 meals a day and my total values for the day look something like this Totals: Calories 3,000, protein 190g, fats 100g, carbs 300g (diet has been like this for last 4 months was pretty poor before that).
goal is to build another 20-30 lbs of lean muscle.
If you guys think that i should wait off or change up diet or whatever first any advise will be welcomed.

First I'd post your diet in the diet section. Make sure your duet is 100% then go from there. Honest opinion

If you are asking the question ' Am I ready?', your not ready. if you still feel you CAN gain natty then dont bother with all the sides and the PCT And feeling crappy and deflated after a cycle.

All of the above answers are good, i would add more protein in your diet and if you have been eating well in the last four months (compared to how you were eating before) you should have put a bit more mass on.

Pic would help... You can still gain more naturally. I'm the same height as you, 26 years old, 12%bf, 202 lbs, and only 4 days into my first cycle. Your diet needs some work still. If you are an ectomorph, 3000 cals is not nearly enough for your size. I had the same problem and was at a plateau for quite some time (8 months or so) before I upped my calories and started seeing results again. At your stats, you for sure need more protein and carbs. Your fats are okay (possibly a little on the high end), but if I were you I would add in another 1200-1400 calories coming from protein and carbs. my .02

If you have to ask, then you already know the answer.

Thanks for all the response, is much appreciated. ive attached an image so hope it works, have to excuse the quality as i took it on my phone. not the best angle but ive got a few tattoos on the inside of my arms and side of ribs that i tried to cover for privacy reasons haha but basically as i am now no pump/flex.
fit4ever180 i like your idea of upping the calories im thinking i might have to change the diet up a little first and hopefully with any luck i might get some gains there.
its not that i dont think im ready i just want to do this the right way when i do and make sure im 100% on top of everything first.
