At 18 years old, you have the highest natural test levels in your body. If you cannot grow now, then you arent eating enough or working hard enough.
With steroids muscles dont magically appear, you still have to eat and work hard. Its not a magic pill that makes you grow. If you cant feed your muscles how can they grow? that is why diet and workouts are very important and discussed thoroughly here. You can find great help for your diet here, but i would stay off steroids.
If you are wanting a mental boost, then check out GNC for protein shakes, creatine, and NO boosters. They can make it seem you are on gear but what you are really doing is enhancing your nutrition and growing naturally.

when i was 18 i could eat food all day long and not gain an ounce of fat or muscle. As soon as my metabolism started slowing down is when i put on weight. Just gotta be patient.
