balance between bulk and cut?
hey everyone, can someone help me build a cycle thats a balance between bulk and cut? last 2 cycles were bulking. I wanna get back up to 215 (im 200-205 now), but also wanna tone up some. I dont think its unreasonable to think i can cut about 5-10 pounds of muslce and add muslce weight to get me close to my goal. Just no sure what a balance of what to take would be if anything. Thanks for any help!

The only time I would recommend cutting and bulking on the same cycle is pre-contest. But this isn't good for one main reason: efficiency.
Your body will be at polar ends when bulking or cutting. A lot of hormones are zig-zagging (leptin, insulin , cortisol, etc).
Most people who go for a body recomp as you want usually run longer cycles with a drug like Tren /Mast. This is NOT recommended for a beginner (long cycles = higher potential for bad recovery; also, Tren can be the devil if not careful), but we don't know whether you are one, so please do post your stats and cycle history as Marcus asked.

i am 24, 5'11 200 pounds i been lifting for 8 years done two previous cycles one was just test e with some dbol other was dpl 4 fifty (hybrid of test e and dros e) with dbol.
