hey everyone, can someone help me build a cycle thats a balance between bulk and cut? last 2 cycles were bulking. I wanna get back up to 215 (im 200-205 now), but also wanna tone up some. I dont think its unreasonable to think i can cut about 5-10 pounds of muslce and add muslce weight to get me close to my goal. Just no sure what a balance of what to take would be if anything. Thanks for any help!
