stats are

27 yo

6'2

200 pounds

i have been training for eight years with very limited gains over the last few years, not enough to justify training as hard as I do.

Does anyone have any advice for a first timer.

what should i use? Deca , Stana? I really have no idea so any help and advice will be appreciated.

Read about broseph. Read up on test only cycles, pct and diet.

Bro you need to do some research prior to doing a cycle.That way you know wat you are putting into your body and wat to do if you run into problems.Read beginners cycles/PCT section make sure you cover gyno.Learn about AIs like Adex.Hit the diet section post your diet.You wont regret this.Beacuse if your diet is off your cycle is for nothing.1st cycle run test ONLY.Good luck.

Nope. 1st thing to check / adjust is diet & then your training. Make sure you're not over training & getting enough rest.

We could tell you what to do but that would mean nothing to you if your not informed on what's going into your body. Research, the search button works wonders but first the have the STICKIES at the top of the page you should read. That will answer most questions you have at the beginning.
