Some insight Please

Hopefully some one here could give me some insight as to what I could be doing wrong. I'm 6'2 232lbs currently about 16%bf I'm currently on 500mg/week test cyp, liquid Dbol 50mg Ed, I also take insulin 10u pwo, arimidex 1mg eod, Letro 1.25mg Ed. I've been on this for about 4 weeks now and I've only gained 2.5-3lbs. My caloiries are in the neighborhood of 4000-4500 a day. I eat a lot of complex carbs. 5 solid food meals a day with one shake.

The only thing I've noticed off this cycle so far has been slight increased strength and more vascualrity. I thought with the test cyp and dbol about a month I'd see a little more than 2.5-3 lbs.

I lift very heavy and workout 4-5 times a week with minimal to no cardio at all.

Im trying to think if something in my blood work could be out of whack that could be cashing the next to nothing gains. Anyone think this could be a possible cause? Thanks!

You are crushing your estrogen brutally, why are you taking adex and letro?

Started taking them to prevent gyno sides.

That's what is probably causing the next to zero gains? I started the lerto so it can build up in my blood before I throw the tren E in.

Umm which "crap" would you be referring to? Kinda a vague statement.

You should not be taking letro to prevent gyno. It crushes estrogen to virtually zero hindering all gains. I wouldn`t even run the aromasin unless needed.

Okay so what do you reccomend at this point?

You guys think I should just stop the AI's or would the a bad idea bc of the estrogen rebound?

stop the letro and cut the a-dex to .5mg eod.

what are you goals of this cycle?

I was aiming to hit somewhere in the neighborhood of 260-270.

30-40lbs would be hard. Unless you dont care about putting on alot of fat. And being your already 16% that doesnt sound to healthy

This is me 1 week ago. I wanted to go up as long as my abs still show. So do you still think its a bad idea to go up?

I use the omron hand held bf checker. It tells me i'm 16.6%

So gixxer you think its okay to continue going up? Also I have arimidex capsules...not sure if i can make them come out to 0.5mg as they are 1 mg caps...

Ya you definitely look closer to 12 or 13 which is about where I'm at now. Do u have arimidex tabs or caplets? If you have tabs you could cut them in half with a razor or use a pill crusher. If you have caps not sure how to divide those up. Might wanna stop running it completely and buy some nolvadex and run it at 20 mgs a day.

Iv'e got the caplets. Should I stop taking both and order the nolvadex? My biggest concern would be the estrogen rebound.

That's what I would suggest but its up to you sir. Maybe search on what other people would suggest for estrogen control during cycle. Are you prone to gyno and that's why you are running so much a-dex?

Yeah you aint 16 % Get off all the AIs for a while unless you need them.

piece of crap.

adex .5mg eod is all you will ever need for estro, drop that letro asap, its primarily a last ditch compound for getting rid of gyno, no need for it at all.

i hope you're experienced with slin?

Letro AND adex without any estrogen sides being present is like shooting a gun without the deer in front of the rifle. You must pull the trigger at the right moment.

You drop them both and im sure your progress will begin.

I was trying to be smart and run the adex and letro to be ahead of the game as a few cycles ago my right gland only became a little swollen. Used a little adex and gone very fast.

Im glad you guys dont think im 16%, It was seriously messing with my head that I could be carrying that much fat on me when I would say my diet is pretty well in check.

My current diet looks like"

Humalog 8u
Meal 1-60g carbs from gatorade with bcaa, glutamine, 10g creatine
15mins later-75g whey
100g carbs from oatmeal

Meal 2 8oz chicken
100g carbs oatmeal

(workout) 10u Humulin-R
Meal 3 PWO Shake
120g from gatorade
75g whey protein
Bcaa, creatine, glutamine

Meal 4 8oz chicken
100g carbs brown rice
1 cup broccoli

Meal 5 Tuna Fish 8oz
100g carbs oatmeal
1tbsp udos choice
1 cup broccoli

Meal 6 8oz Chicken
spinach
2 tbsp udos choice

**If you guys think I need to adjust anything on the diet side PLEASE throw it my way. Im open to always learn!
As for the insulin, I've been a Paramedic for 5 years so I have a great understanding of how insulin works and how to prevent from going hypo. Been using the insulin for 5 months and zero problems, plus my wife is a Nurse and she's always there to help me if anything were to happen and she's cool with all my usage. And like I said anymore questions you guys have or any more inout about anything please let me know.
