Quick question

Back story...I have been researching and studying aas use for a long time, just didnt have source. So yesterday I decided to just try a ph product (dmz load). Took 1 pill yesterday(2 per day morning/night is the protocol). Then out of the blue an old friend was in town and stopped by to visit me and the wife. He is a football player.... We got talking and low and behold, he has some test e coming my way. So I obviously stopped my plans with the ph. My question is do I have any worries from taking one pill of otc ph as far as shutdown/recovery? My plan is to wait a week or two and then start the test.
